Meet the team:

Human Resources in Dexcom is a close partner and advisor to the business. As a member of our high-performing HR team, you will handle a variety of HR projects and provide ongoing support and HR expertise to our India based employees.

Where you come in:

  • Provide mentorship and counsel to leaders for all HR processes and procedures, including performance management, talent management, compensation planning, talent development, and career development.
  • Collect and analyze human resources data to make recommendations that promote continual improvement and detailed execution of HR initiatives.
  • Handle sophisticated employee relations matters, acting as a mentor and consultant to employees, supervisors, and managers.
  • Contribute to the HR department's reputation by taking ownership of accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add customer value to objectives and output.
  • Complete projects and special assignments by assessing priorities, handling time effectively, gaining the teamwork of others, observing progress, solving problems, and making appropriate adjustments to project plans.

What makes you successful:

  • You have high proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You have working experience in Workday implementation.
  • You are excellent in written and verbal communication in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
  • You have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • You have the ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. 
  • A graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
