You will be a key HR Partner for our Business Services Support Branch in CANPACK Group through supporting the Managers and their Teams across all HR areas.
Responsibilities:

Support implementation of the HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Manage recruitment and selection process
-
Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention

Oversee and manage a performance management process
-
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
-
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
-
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
-
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Expectations:
-
3+ years of experience in HR Generalist /Business Partner role in production or engineering environment
-
Strong consulting skills, adept at building relationships and gaining consensus through communications, negotiation and influencing skills
-
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization
-
In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices of application
-
Degree in Human Resources or related field

English fluency
-
Nice to have: HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
