The position
The HR Business Partner will provide HR support for the Organon organization in Italy.
The HRBP coaches the managers and provides expertise in the development & support of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee relations issues. The HR Business Partner will report to the HR Lead Italy.

Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to leaders in Italy.
- Create and drive the talent and diversity strategy and initiatives within Italy.
- Support all talent management, and organizational alignment activities within client group(s) and contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary.
- Coach managers to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.)
- Provide learning strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy
- Talent Acquisition support and on point for local in-market GTA activities
- Provide leadership and project management to critical HR initiatives across Italy as needed.
- Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy
- Provide Employee Relations advice and consult to managers on items such as performance management/improvement, issue/conflict resolution, policy, procedure, law and standards education.
- Assisting management with investigating, answering and resolving grievances.
- Provide consultation on Compensation & Benefit strategy & execution, which may include competitive benchmarking, pension program support, benefit enrolment, local vendor management.
- Provide limited administrative support on HR processes like entry and exit processes, maternity leaves, unpaid leaves and time & absence tracking in collaboration with the central HR Shared Services team
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- BA/BSC University degree
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline is preferred
- Depth of experience as a HR Business Partner in Italy
- Experience of working in a large matrixed environment, Pharmaceutical industry experience would be an asset but not requirement
- Project Management skills
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to navigate a complex organization
- Clear communicator, able to effectively engage different audiences and communicate messages.
- Fluent in both Italian and English languages.

The annual base salary range listed below reflects the expected pay for new hires in this role across each applicable location. Final salary determinations take several factors into account including, but not limited to, primary work location, relevant skills, education level, and/or prior work experience. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and participation in a long-term incentive program, depending on the role level.
