The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Abou Ghaly Motors serves as a key liaison between the HR department and business units, ensuring alignment of HR practices with the strategic objectives of the company. This role focuses on providing expert HR guidance, overseeing employee relations, and supporting organizational development initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and deliver HR solutions to support business results.
- Provide consultation and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Facilitate organizational change and support culture initiatives consistent with corporate values.
- Support recruitment efforts by partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities within the assigned business units.
- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR interventions.
- Promote employee engagement and assist in implementing employee development programs.
- Act as a resource for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +10 years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or related HR role in a corporate environment.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in managing employee relations and implementing HR programs.
- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Skills Required
