Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Digital Business Unit Global Sales team directly aligning operational priorities with high-impact people strategies. You will elevate connections across the enterprise by collaborating with executive leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to drive talent management, organizational design, and executive coaching.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals and guide executive talent management.
Organizational Design & Planning: Lead organizational change initiatives, job evaluations, retention planning, and succession reviews.
Performance & Talent Programs: Deploy enterprise performance reviews, calibration sessions, executive onboarding, and leadership development programs.
Workforce Intelligence: Leverage workforce analytics and interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations to navigate complex organizational dynamics and resolve business challenges.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience as a Global HR Business Partner with direct exposure to LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Organizational Design and Talent Management principles.
Proven ability to build high-trust relationships with senior executives, offer constructive guidance, and manage cross-functional priorities.
Exhibits strong project management competence, adeptly leading teams, coordinating tasks, and delivering successful outcomes within established timelines and resource constraints. Strong presentation skills.
Fluent English communication skills to effectively manage cross-cultural stakeholder relationships (please submit your cv in English)
