 Position Scope: 

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides day-to-day human resources support to leaders and employees across multiple Florida locations. This role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The HRBP serves as a resource for employees and managers, helping resolve workplace issues, support employee development, and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

· Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and company policies.

· Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build effective working relationships with employees and managers.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

· Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification(s):

· SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.

· Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements.

· Experience supporting multiple locations or remote workforces.

· Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes.

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.

Leadership Responsibilities:

· Support recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

· Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.

· Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.

· Administer employee benefit programs and answer employee questions.

· Support performance management and employee development processes.

· Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

· Assist with employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.

· Facilitate new hire orientation and other training programs.

· Partner with operational leaders to address workforce needs and staffing requirements.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

· 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.

· Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Talent Acquisition leader

· Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.

· Experience administering employee benefit programs.

· Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience.

· Experience conducting workplace investigations.

· Experience supporting operations, construction, industrial, service, or multi-location environments preferred.

Work Environment:

· Office environment with regular interaction with employees, managers, candidates, and executive leadership.

· Frequent communication and collaboration across multiple departments and locations.

· Periodic travel to branch locations, recruiting events, career fairs, training events, and company meetings.

· Ability to sit, walk, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods.

· May require occasional after-hours support for recruiting activities, employee relations matters, business needs, or company events.

· Requires the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and business information.

Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, employees must be careful while performing onsite services.
