Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to BU leadership, aligning people strategy with business unit goals.
- Advise managers on organization design, workforce planning, and headcount
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development for key roles.
- Lead the annual performance management (PMP) and compensation (Focal) cycles for the client group.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and workplace matters in line with Korean labor law and KLA policy.
- Lead change management and organizational development initiatives during growth and transformation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy and onboarding for BU
- Use HR data and analytics to surface insights and support data-driven people decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and global HR governance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR generalist roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Business-level English and native-level Korean, for a global matrix environment.
- Solid working knowledge of Korean labor law and HR compliance.
- Proven stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a multinational corporation (MNC) — strongly preferred.
- Experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or hardware industry.
- Experience supporting engineering, sales, or technical/account organizations.
- Familiarity with matrix / global reporting structures and regional–HQ collaboration.
- Experience with Workday and modern HRIS/analytics tools.
