The Human Resources team is looking for a brilliant and passionate problem solver to work with us in a fast paced, build up and grow environment. This role is responsible for executing day to day operational tasks that support our team in the creation and delivery of an exceptional employee experience. You will be a champion of Anewhealth, its culture and its team members.
Responsibilities
Partner with and support functional groups and leaders across multiple teams
Anticipate needs, diagnose problems and then identify and drive appropriate solutions
Collaborate across the full cycle of HR: organizational development, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
Communicate changes in company personnel policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed.
Through thoughtful partnership, you will develop trusted relationships, credibility and influence across the organization
Participates in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations issues, anticipates problems whenever possible and develops, recommends, and initiates appropriate steps for resolution. Answer routine questions regarding company policies, operations, and procedures.
Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; escalate when and as needed
Take initiative to find solutions where clear-cut procedures do not exist
A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
Carry out all job responsibilities according to the company’s core values and provide quality, comprehensive services to all customers through a team approach
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
BA/BS Degree required in Business or Human Resources related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in fast-paced organizations
Ability to travel between other CarepathRx sites to manage trainings, in-persons interviews, and other on-site activities as needed (Orlando. FL and Tampa, FL)
Experience supporting hourly and salary employee client groups
Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
Skills & Abilities

Physicals/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Travel: Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
