Denním chlebem HR Business Partnera v NTT DATA je hlavně úzká spolupráce s managementem při implementaci firemní strategie v řízení lidí. Konzultuje se zaměstnanci a manažery řešení různých situací v oblasti lidských zdrojů. Podílí se na celofiremních iniciativách (např. úprava mezd, řízení výkonnosti, personální plánování a organizační změny) a dalších zajímavých projektech. Stručně řečeno, HR Business Partner pomáhá manažerům řešit rozvoj organizace a motivace zaměstnanců.
Vaší náplní práce bude:
- Být HR partnerem pro manažery a zaměstnance
- Poskytovat HR poradenství
- Podporovat recruitmentové a talentové iniciativy
- Přispívat k motivaci zaměstnanců
- Pracovat s daty a sledovat trendy ve vývoji dat
- Být inovativní a přispívat svými nápady
- Aktivně přispívat k růstu a úspěchu organizace
