Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die HR nicht nur konzipiert, sondern umsetzt. Jemanden, der operative Verantwortung übernimmt und gleichzeitig den Blick fürs grosse Ganze behält. Als HR Generalist:in bist du Sparring Partner für unsere Führungskräfte und zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf Schweizer Arbeitsrecht & Employee Relations. In dieser Rolle verbindest du strategische HR-Arbeit mit echter Hands-on-Umsetzung.

Deine Rolle:

• Du verantwortest die gesamte Personaladministration von A–Z inkl. monatlichem Payroll-Lauf (mit externem Provider)

• Du arbeitest eng mit der internationalen HR-Community zusammen, insbesondere mit unserem Subhub in Österreich

• Du steuerst anspruchsvolle Employee-Relations-Themen souverän

• Du berätst und coachst Führungskräfte im HR-Alltag

• Du begleitest Organisations- und Veränderungsprozesse aktiv

• Du identifizierst HR-Risiken und leitest passende Massnahmen ab

• Du berätst Führungskräfte im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht

• Du führst sensible Gespräche sicher und lösungsorientiert

• Du stellst rechtssichere HR-Entscheidungen sicher und wirkst präventiv

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition:

•Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Generalist:in in der Schweiz, idealerweise in einem vertriebsorientierten Umfeld

•Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts

•Hohe operative HR-Affinität und pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität

•Souveränität in komplexen und sensiblen Personalsituationen

•Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und diskrete Arbeitsweise

•Ausgeprägte Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Integrität

•HR-Fachausweis oder gleichwertige HR-Ausbildung

•Zwingende Workday-Erfahrung sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
