- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide trusted guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management, and employment legislation compliance.
- Support organizational change, restructuring, business transformation, and leadership development initiatives across supported sites.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational performance.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver effective recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and people solutions.
- Utilize workforce insights and people metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Provide HR support for employees in a small number of additional countries, partnering with local leaders and external providers to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices.
- Experience supporting leaders within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and develop effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organization and supporting multiple countries is preferred.
- Experience with change management, organizational development, and Workday is advantageous.
Skills Required
