What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a True Partner: Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing leadership teams to drive and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Coach & Guide: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on career development, staffing, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strategize for Success: Provide guidance on workforce planning, business unit restructuring, and succession planning to keep our teams ahead of the curve.
- Compensation Expertise: In partnership with the Sr. Director of HR Operations, support compensation programs, salary structures, and market studies to ensure we remain competitive.
- Lead & Influence: Manage large-scale initiatives like performance reviews, organizational changes, and workforce planning to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Solve Problems Proactively: Navigate complex employee relations issues with effective investigations and resolution strategies.
- Enhance Employee Experience: Work with HR, Marketing, and Multimedia teams to refine and maintain our internal SharePoint site (JARVIS), a go-to hub for employee resources.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously explore ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the HR function’s impact.
- Foster a Culture of Growth: Lead performance review programs and implement solutions that drive change, enhance culture, and promote employee success.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years supporting Direct Sales teams.
- Deep understanding of Sales Operations and Inside Sales functions.
- Experience leading base pay administration and performance management in complex environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of conflict resolution, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and think resourcefully.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a knack for translating HR strategies into practical, impactful solutions.
