About the Role:
The HR Business Partner (IA) serves as a skilled and proficient HR generalist supporting clients within the Unified Marketing teams and operating across the enterprise. In this role, you will operate as an independent worker and effective problem-solver, partnering with leaders and employees to align people strategies with business goals, foster an engaging work environment, and support world-class storytellers and innovators across a global, leading-edge entertainment company.
Responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Unified Marketing functions using your full expertise in HR to anticipate needs, identify emerging trends, and provide strategic, data-informed guidance. Partner with leaders across the Unified Marketing functions to harmonize business goals with employee needs and deliver integrated HR solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Use business knowledge to anticipate workforce needs, identify emerging people trends, and provide insights and recommendations that encourage new perspectives and innovative approaches.
Support and guide change initiatives, helping leaders and teams navigate ambiguity by finding creative, practical solutions to complex HR and organizational challenges.
Analyze HR and workforce data, evaluate risks, and develop recommendations that inform decisions on talent, organization design, and employee experience.
Build strong partnerships through collaboration, trust, and effective communication, serving as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace.
Integrate HR programs and processes (e.g., talent management, employee relations, organizational development) to support leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention across Corporate and enterprise Marketing teams.
Leverage and enhance digital tools and HR systems to support business needs, improve efficiency, and drive people effectiveness. Lead or contribute to small-scale projects and initiatives with manageable risk and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR best practices.
