As an HR Business Partner for Oceania, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the full spectrum of HR activities across the region. This is a broad and hands-on role covering compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and employee relations. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will collaborate closely with regional leaders and the wider APAC HR team to drive impactful people strategies, enhance employee experience, and enable business success across Oceania.
Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with business leaders across Oceania to provide strategic and operational HR support, coaching and guidance at all levels of the organization
- Deliver core HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Manage and support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and internal equity considerations
- Oversee and coordinate payroll administration in collaboration with local and APAC teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain and develop HR policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with company values and local requirements
- Act as an employee advocate, fostering engagement, strong relationships, and a high-performance culture
- Support organizational development initiatives, including learning & development programs and change management activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization
- High level of integrity, accountability, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively to deliver results in a dynamic environment
