Position Summary
We are currently seeking for our European headquarters based out of Munich a dynamic, dedicated and passionate HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to drive our People strategy.In this position, you will be responsible for supporting development of our talent, maximizing organization’s performance and drive employees' motivation by improving HR processes such as evaluation/promotion/reward. You will create proactive solutions to drive and facilitate change initiatives and continuous improvement projects aligning with the business strategy.

Role and Responsibilities
The Strategic HRBP is responsible for aligning human capital management with business objectives. This role serves as a critical link between executive leadership and our People, ensuring organizational excellence through talent management and strategic consultation.
- Talent & Performance Management: Execute comprehensive year-round talent processes, including workforce evaluation, goal-setting and management by objectives processes.
- Business Advisory: Provide expert HR guidance to business leadership to ensure people strategies are fully integrated with business goals.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a senior advisor on complex employee matters, utilizing diplomacy and expertise to facilitate resolution.
- HR Metrics & Analytics: Manage key HR indicators and utilize people analytics to identify organizational gaps and lead corrective action plans.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with internal HR teams to apply systems and processes that meet evolving business needs.
- Strategic Communication: Establish and maintain professional channels for open feedback and transparent communication across all organizational levels.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Talent Management and Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of German employment law.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with executive-level stakeholders as well as leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical capability to derive business intelligence from HR data.
- Advanced negotiation and mediation skills.
- Business-level fluency in English and German is required to effectively support our international colleagues.
