Job Description:
This role is part of our Management Internship/Co-op program within the PS-SNO job family. As an intern or co-op, you will be given real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing strategies within the team or organization.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
- Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
- Engage in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and acts accordingly.
Job Qualifications
Your Role as an Intern in HR:
As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through work process improvements or working directly with a function.
At this internship, your projects will deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, training, and development etc.
Preferred educational area: Human Resources, Business Administration.

Position responsibilities:
- Assist in internal training procedures according to current and real needs
- Assist in processing and controlling training materials for Operations
- Analyze, define and implement the new time & attendance program and system for the plant.
- Schedule training calendars for Operations
- Assist in Recruitment campaigns, Post New Positions, help new interns and part time employees with their schedule and tasks
- Assist in simplification and digitization of HR and Medical Service procedures
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
Essential skills and experience required:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Effective time management
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Very good organization skills and attention to detail
- Flexible, self-starter who can work independently
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Sense of urgency
- Student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
