Who We're Looking For
The HR Business Partner I (HRBP I) will provide comprehensive HR support and operational support to the CHRO on key HR initiatives. This position is focused on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring compliance with company policies and regional and country regulations.

Scope of the Role:

Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations to achieve fair outcomes for employees and the organization.
- Employee Relations: Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends for improving the employee experience.
- Compliance: Lead and manage compliance with regional and country regulations to ensure organizational adherence.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to HR processes for operational effectiveness.
- Day-to-Day HR Support: Partner with Managers and Senior Managers, in collaboration with the Senior HR Director or VP Human Resources, to provide daily HR support, including updating job profiles, managing the corrective action process, and addressing policy-related employee inquiries.
- HR Operations: Submit and process HR transactions in Workday.
- Functional Support: Assist the HR team in preparing HR-related slides for HR related meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of HR generalist or HR administrative experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in employee relations is desired.
