As an HR Business Partner & Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will support the development, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs within the company. You will play a key role in planning and executing year-end processes, including bonus and performance evaluations, as well as in process incentive systems such as company pension plans. You will also serve as a competent point of contact for all HR-related matters within the business.
- Support in the administration of bonus, performance, and benefits programs (e.g., health benefits, family care, retirement plans).
- Advising and training managers and professionals on all HR-related topics.
- Creating analyses and reports to support decision-making and optimize HR processes.
- Close collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.
What we value in you:
- You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an HR analyst or generalist role
- Experience with HRIS systems; Workday is a plus
- You are reliable, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
- You have an interest in topics such as company pension plans, compensation and benefits, payroll tax, and social security law
