Job Summary: The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the delivery of generalist HR services to both US sites groups including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, communication and change management. The HR Business Partner will be in a stand-alone site based role but will have the ongoing support of the Global HR team. The role will take ownership for best in class hiring, on-boarding and establishment of engaging culture for our employees in North America.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as a primary HR contact to manage day to day HR policy advice and system support to employees
· Drive quality focused recruitment and selection activities in a timely and effective manner in line with resourcing requirements, best practice and legislative requirements
· Review and co-ordinate the onboarding process to ensure effective and speedy assimilation into individual business units
· Track manpower requirements, including internal promotions, internal transfers, and shift changes for our site based employees
· Manage the implementation of a new HRIS system across the US.
· Work with the people managers around the performance review process to ensure its effectiveness & consistency across the business
· Participating as the HR representative on cross-functional projects/initiative
· Project management of HR related projects/initiatives specific to US employees
· Partner with the senior management team to align the HR strategy to the business strategy ensuring that organisational objectives are achieved
· Other duties as required

· 3rd level SHRM (or equivalent professional body) qualification
· Demonstrable broad knowledge and experience in HR, with a hands-on approach
· Proven ability to take ownership, drive and deliver HR initiatives and projects
· Proven experience of building relationships across all levels & areas of the business
· Self-motivated with the drive & determination to deliver results
· Ability to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
