Role Purpose
The HR Strategy, Projects & Reporting Associate supports the Head of International HR in shaping and delivering the HR strategy and key functional priorities across EMEA and APAC. The role combines strategic support, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and reporting to ensure HR are driving key priorities. The role will play an important part in building compelling business cases, using data and insight to support decision-making and influence senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong all-round skill set, keen to make an impact and grow within a fast growing strategic International HR environment. This person will be comfortable moving between strategy development, project coordination, reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder support, and will enjoy bringing structure, insight, and momentum to key HR priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Help identify strategic opportunities and initiatives across EMEA & APAC.
- Partner with HR Leadership in developing, refining, and translating HR strategy into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
Project Management & Delivery
- Support the tracking and coordination of key HR priorities, strategic initiatives, and action plans across EMEA and APAC, ensuring clear milestones, ownership, and timelines are in place.
- Monitor progress against agreed plans and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Bring structure and discipline to cross-functional HR initiatives to drive execution and follow-through.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Support
- Work closely with HR Leadership to support engagement with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Prepare high-quality materials; presentations, discussion papers, briefing notes, and other materials for leadership meetings and decision forums.
- Support the Head of HR in key meetings, steering groups, and strategic discussions.
Reporting, Analysis & Business Cases
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and updates on HR priorities, projects, and functional performance.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret HR and business data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Build metrics and evidence-based analysis to support business cases, investment proposals, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate reporting packs, project trackers, and management information to support HR decision-making and regional planning.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve how the HR function plans, tracks, reports on, and delivers work.
- Support the development of consistent frameworks, templates, and ways of working for strategy, reporting, and project execution.
- Contribute to a high-performing HR team environment through a proactive, solutions-orientated, and collaborative approach.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years within an HR function, ideally in a high-performing or complex International organisation.
- Supporting strategic initiatives, projects, or functional planning within HR.
- Preparing reports, dashboards, trackers, and presentations.
- Working with data, metrics, and analysis to support recommendations and business cases.
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ideas into structured plans and actions.
- Excellent project coordination and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret data and develop meaningful insights.
