HR Automation Engineer & Data Analyst

As an HR Automation Engineer & Data Analyst, you'll be a game-changer in our HR automation and analytics journey across EMEA. Collaborate daily with our awesome HR team to develop aligned solutions and support our global People strategy with data, insights, and cutting-edge tech.

Your responsibilities:

• Enhance and optimize internal HR workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Integrate and analyze HR data from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Develop custom applications and tools using citizen development methodologies to create a more streamlined process landscape.
• Monitor and refine existing processes and data sources to ensure ongoing optimization and improvement.
• Maintain high standards in process execution, provide training to end users, and offer technical support post-implementation.
• Work within a diverse, creative, and international team to foster innovation and collaboration.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
• Advanced English language skills (B2+).
• Willingness to explore new methods and embrace trial and error.
• Initial experience with Alteryx and Tableau.
• Ability to understand complex technical contexts and enjoy working with data and workflows.
• Enthusiastic about working in an international team with cross-discipline communication.

Nice to have:

• Basic proficiency in German.
• Familiarity with OneModel and MS PowerTools (PowerAutomate, PowerApps).
• Knowledge of Python and SQL.
