Job Summary:
Delivers administrative support for complex matters for employees, managers, and the People Support team. Completes administrative tasks to support the employee lifecycle and the needs of the organization. Provide support to basic inquiries of employees and managers. Ensures solutions are delivered to enhance employee experience, drive efficiency and are in compliance with local legislation and company policies. Coordinates and assists in the deployment of a broad range of Human Resources processes within the geography or sub-geography. Contributes to determining the appropriate resolution to administrative tasks in People Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain data accuracy and drive efficiency of HR administrative processes to deliver enhanced experiences and always on support for managers and employees in the geography.
Support basic level inquiries from employees and managers.
Delivers integrated people administration solutions that enhance efficiency, drive standardization, and automation by leveraging technological advancements and best practices.
Conducts data entry of workforce information with accuracy and completeness in human resource information systems; manages employee records.
Completes standard Human Resources business process activities for geography or sub-geography with quality and per defined timelines.
Assists in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures; advises on compliance with key legislative requirements and takes action to ensure all requirements and agreements are met within the geography or sub-geography.
Participates in compensation processes and benefits administration by partnering with Total Rewards Operations.
Creates employment contracts and letters as required by local law or practice, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Champions excellence in customer support and drives continuous improvement. Ensures HR, employees and managers have the administration support necessary to provide People support across the geography.
Assist in optimizing HR processes within the sub-geography, leading initiatives that measure, monitor and drive continuous improvement.

Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgment informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to diagnose, identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the organization.
Human Resources Business Process Execution - Manages the execution of Human Resources business processes, seeking efficiency, accuracy, positive business performance outcomes and operational agility; integrates activities across processes as needed; assures compliance with process and legal requirements; effectively balances process requirements and business leader needs.
