We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR
Associate who is eager to learn and capable of building
strong connections with employees across geographies. This role offers
significant exposure to global HR operations and the opportunity to work
closely with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Onboarding
- Manage
end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Draft
and send welcome emails and new joiner announcements
- Conduct
employee induction and facilitate employment contract signing, including
KPIs/KRAs
- Coordinate
asset allocation (laptop, SIM card, access card, attendance card)
- Share
banking details with the finance team
- Process
requests for business cards and NFC cards
- Enroll
employees in medical insurance plans
- Create
system login credentials
- Maintain
onboarding documentation and compliance
- Update
and circulate employee handbook with acknowledgment
2. Employee Lifecycle & HR
Operations
- Maintain
employee records .
- Ensure
smooth coordination between HR, finance, and IT for employee-related
processes
- Support
globally distributed teams and ensure consistent HR practices
3. Employee Offboarding
- Manage
resignation acceptance and communicate exit procedures
- Conduct
exit interviews and prepare monthly exit analysis reports for management
- Negotiate
notice periods where applicable
- Ensure
full and final clearance, including retrieval of company assets
- Coordinate
removal from systems (HRMS, email, access tools, etc.)
- Manage
insurance removal, visa cancellation, and official communication closures
- Update
exit trackers and maintain accurate records
