- Under direct supervision, support clients during their on-boarding experience
- Work with internal business partners to understand and address client requirements
- Evaluating and configuring requirements for new client set-up
- Document and provide solutions for client requirements with guidance from leadership
- Manage and execute the process of migrating client data from legacy system
- Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy
- Ensure clients are trained and fully conversant with software and services
- Pro-actively monitor clients to identify problematic issues with assistance from senior team members
- Be alert to customer trends and potential problems
- Manage and organize multiple overlapping project deadlines
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years experience in industry or related field
- Acute detail and accuracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
- Travel based on client and business needs
