Main Responsibilities
Provide operational excellence for all employee life-cycle related activities that include but not limited to personal file, onboarding, probation, promotion, termination, retirement to meet daily business needs.
Be key user for E-sign platform for HR, Workday (including GLE for APAC), HR Service Now, could provide processes and operations guidance to customers, and also provide guidance on the process of creating digital trainings with Learning Toolbox.
Support and advice ELC relative procedures are well designed, communicated and followed. Be able to troubleshoot on HR system issue diagnose and problem resolution so as to make sure data accuracy and customer needs.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete employee master data, P-files and PD&L data.
Take care of the external training process, procurement and accounting process if any.
Support HR Connect related projects base on requirement.
Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
Bachelor degree above, nice to have 2-3 years’ work experience in HR relevant areas
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English
Proficient in HR System and MS Office, be interested in automation technology
Attention to details and good level of reliability
Basic labor law knowledge is a plus
