Overview of the Position:
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting critical HR Processes, including but not limited to administrative duties, new hire processing, event planning, time card and payroll administration and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with management of personnel files and new hire processing.
- Assist with reporting and standardizing processes.
- Assist with data integrity within the HRIS system.
- Assist with local event planning.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- May also assist in other areas in the business, as needed.
- Perform Receptionist duties, as required
- Assist in recruiting new employees.
- Maintain excel worksheets, create power points and word documents for various projects.
- Communicate meetings and events.

Education / Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or greater from an accredited higher education organization and 2 years of administration experience (or equivalent combination of experience) preferred.
