Job Opening: HR Assistant
Location: Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9 am - 5 pm EST)

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our growing team. This role will assist with recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and general HR administration while helping ensure a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate staffing needs and support workforce planning efforts.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
- Assist with compliance, background checks, and other HR-related processes.
- Collaborate with management to support hiring and retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, interviewing, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
- Experience working in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services), CFTSS (Children and Family Treatment and Support Services), or a related healthcare field.
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience supporting remote or multi-location teams.
