SUMMARY OF DUTIES

With 400 employees in 20+ countries and our EMEA headquarters located in Maastricht, we strive to foster a culture of engagement, development, and operational excellence.We are now seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to strengthen our HR team and oversee the execution and improvement of HR processes across the region. In this senior role, you will ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while acting as a key expert and sparring partner for HR colleagues, managers, and employees. This position combines hands on HR operations with coordination, process optimisation, and the opportunity to contribute to HR-wide improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle and maintain accurate data in HR systems (Workday, Health & Leave Management).
- Prepare and verify contracts, onboarding documents, and employee records in line with GDPR and legal standards.
- Support payroll and compensation cycles, benefits, performance processes, and talent initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and global HR standards.
- Serve as first HR contact for employees and provide policy guidance.
- Produce reliable HR reports and dashboards.
- Support audits and partner with HR teams and Occupational Health across EMEA.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBO+ in HR.
- 10+ years HR operations/admin experience.
- Strong HR process, legal, and HR system knowledge (Workday a plus).
- Organised, accurate, and detail‑driven.
- Strong communicator; service‑oriented and proactive.
- Fluent Dutch & English.
Working Environment
- Maastricht office: expected presence 5 days per week, hybrid options available in alignment with team and business needs.
