Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for supporting the administrative and human resources management of the legal entity in KSA, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining accurate and timely management of all government and HR-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all relevant government portals (e.g., Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.) to ensure compliance with KSA labor laws, visa requirements, and regulations.
- Liaise with government bodies and certification institutions to address customer and internal inquiries received from the Sales teams.
- Attend industry-related meetings and gather business information relevant to the supply chain and certification sectors.
- Maintain accurate order and record management within internal and external operations systems.
- Oversee office management including facilities, supplies, vendor payments, incoming calls, visitor reception, visa processing, and travel arrangements for employees.
- Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support:
- Prepare employment contracts
- Manage onboarding and exit processes
- Coordinate newcomer orientations and Company events
- Oversee payroll, leave administration, taxes, benefits, and insurance renewals in line with company policies and bonus schemes
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies compliant with Saudi labor law and corporate guidelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline (mandatory)
- Proven experience in HR and Administration within KSA, with strong understanding of local labor law and government compliance requirements.
- Excellent skills in managing government portals and HR processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with colleagues across departments.
- Experience in Supply Chain and Certification industries is an advantage.
