Your responsibilities:
Running administration tasks in relation to background check process
Company car administration tasks
Generating and saving employee documentation
Answering e-mails and phones as first line of support for employees
Adding, changing, or removing employees in the Benefit systems
Updating employee information in the systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
Other activities and duties ordered by the immediate superior.
Our requirements:
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English (min. B2)
Ability to work in Microsoft Office (in particular: practical knowledge of MS Excel)
Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team
Analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly
