HR Assistant (FTC) - The role:
Join our dynamic People Services team as an HR Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting HR Managers and Advisors from our Colchester office, with occasional travel to London.
- You'll be our first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing professional advice, and escalating more complex questions where needed.
- Your daily tasks will include managing HR processes, from onboarding to leavers' administration, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- This engaging role offers the opportunity to be part of ad hoc HR projects, aid the annual appraisal process, and ensure smooth client secondments.
- With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you'll uphold our high standards in delivering HR services across global offices.

This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
HR Assistant (FTC) - What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as an HR Assistant with familiarity with HR processes, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong administrative skills evidenced by experience in such roles, keen attention to detail, and pride in delivering quality work.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, with additional skills in HR systems such as Workday, Neocase, and iTrent being advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills, alongside the ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate initiative and common sense.
- The capacity to adapt to a constantly evolving team, maintain professionalism under pressure, and positively contribute to process improvements.
These qualifications and experiences are essential to managing a varied workload and interacting effectively with diverse personalities within a close-knit environment.
