- Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparing welcome kits, orientation materials, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, track attendance, and maintain training records.
- Support HR initiatives related to performance management, employee recognition, and internal communications.
- Assist in preparing reports on workforce metrics, attendance, turnover, and recruitment progress.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across all employee-related activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, time-off requests, and other personnel matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
