The HR Assistant for Sartorius Korea Operations LLC will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective support service to all local employees, predominantly to the local HR Business Partner and HR Operations Manager. The holder of this position will be the first point of contact for employee enquiries. Will also administer defined HR processes such as Workday processes and document creation, always aiming at high efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction as well as contributing to continuous process and quality improvement.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Provide first level support, payroll, administer compensation and benefits incl. pension, preparing HR reporting materials and dashboards, maintaining accurate HR data in systems
  • Perform all routine employee-life cycle workday processes (e.g. hire, job changes, compensation administration, leave of absence, exits)
  • Ensure high quality maintenance of office environment and personnel data
  • Perform all administration and data maintenance tasks related to organizational changes
  • Organize and manage employee and manager onboarding (and welcome days)
  • Create contracts, documents and certifications, and maintenance of personnel files
  • Provide quick and quality answers and solutions to employee and visitor inquiries
  • Create standard HR reports and analytics
  • Execute key clerical activities including recording of receipts for raw material purchases, and assisting in forwarding invoices to the Finance Department
  • Procure and administrate stationery and office supplies

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree is a MUST
  • Good level of education in relevant field

Experiences:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in support function and in a confidential environment
  • Accurate and sound administration experience
  • Working experience in MNC will be ideal

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to competently and accurately work with databases, spreadsheets and software packages
  • Capable of prioritizing workload quickly and conscientiously
  • Approachable and able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with employees at all levels
  • Pleasant personality, service-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, customer focused
  • Ability to independently solve problems but also like to work in a team

Language:

  • Good command in both English & Korean

Working Conditions/Environment:

  • Work fulltime in the office (prefer to be located in commuting distance to the office)
  • Fixed term (Nov. 2024 to Sep. 2025, 10 months)
