We are looking for an HR Assistant who is eager to gain their first professional experience in an international environment and develop their skills in HR administration and people processes. Key Responsibilities- Support daily HR administration processes for France, including employee lifecycle documentation, data updates, and document archiving.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, when required, for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Morocco.
- Assist in preparing HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, certificates, letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems such as Workday, Kiwi, and SharePoint.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, checklist management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Handle employee inquiries via email and ticketing systems in both French and English.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures, policies, and checklists.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and checklists.
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA HR Shared Services team, local stakeholders, and HR Managers across the region.
