✨Join our group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage is hiring for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Assistant at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona  

Pay: $18.50 an hour

What you will do As the HR Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure that the department completes all areas of the Human Resource mission statement. 

To be considered you should: High School diploma or equivalent~ 1 year of office experience~ Bilingual in Spanish and English ~ Have STRONG organizational skills ~ Auditing Skills~ Be willing to spend the majority of your time compiling data for files/audits~ Be empathic, patient and treat others with respect~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry. 

Schedule: Monday- Friday
