Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. As a HR and Training Specialist, you will work closely with all departments of the organization. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about building and improving products with a high impact on patients, who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high-quality services to their patients.

Please be informed that this is an entry-level position. 

Responsibilities

  • Design trainings and supportive learning materials
  • Develop and implement pre and post-training assessment and evaluation tools
  • Collaborate with the engineering team regarding the product updates
  • Make sure all training materials including the product manual and the training videos are up-to-date with product developments at all times
  • Track the training performances of employees and ensure all managers are informed
  • Follow training and development trends and integrate best practices and innovative methods into in-house training programs
  • Continuously seek more engaging training methodologies and designs to ensure maximum benefit from the trainings
  • Execute the existing training system and make necessary process improvements
  • Design and execute the seamless onboarding process of newcomers
  • Support HR tasks including recruitment and process designs

Qualifications / Desired Skills

  • University degree in social sciences, management or economics
  • Competency in computer skills
  • Creative, driven and can navigate through ambiguity and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and a Doer who can work well with individuals at all levels.
  • A naturally curious person who is open to new approaches/ ideas and eager to learn and stretch his/her boundaries
  • Perfect English skills; both written and oral
  • Residing in Istanbul
