We’re the core HR & Talent team at Massive Bio; 2 people team who own every aspect of our global employee experience. One of us leads all things Talent, the other drives HR operations. - Drive candidate and interview coordination
- Shape processes that actually help us hire better, faster, and smarter

What Your Weeks Look LikeExpect high-ownership projects:
- Recruitment activities, candidate pipeline tracking, and communications you will actually own
- Shadow and run interviews (once ready)
- Receive direct written tasks, daily assignments, and rapid feedback
- Analyze recruitment and HR data to advise on process improvements
- Help build out talent and HR processes globally
- How to prioritize the work that delivers the most value to a business
