Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is an orthopedic and sports medicine practice dedicated to expanding access to affordable, mission-driven care, especially for underserved patients. RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in HR support or recruiting roles.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, drafting job posts, and managing candidates through offer and onboarding.
- Experience building SOPs from scratch and improving HR workflows, including onboarding, payroll workflows, recruiting processes, and documented handoffs.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, including creating employee logins and managing access systems.
- Familiarity with HR compliance support.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Availability to work during US business hours.
- Experience with Workable.
- Experience with Indeed.
- Familiarity with payroll processing workflows and employee data management.
