Requirements
What You’ll Bring:

Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
Problem-Solving & Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies, route cases accurately, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
