The position is based in our Munich office with the possibility of hybrid working (working from office and from home).
About the Role:
Be a driving force behind Fioneers data driven strategy execution. We have ambitious plans and need to take bold decisions. Taking informed decisions is key to our success. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious colleague that will drive organizational and people analytics. In this role you will be part of Fioneers Corporate Development team.
Tasks are all around organizational, people and change data:
- Structure and raise data in a meaningful way
- Ensure high data quality and processes
- Develop HR Steering Dashboards, Cockpits and Presentations that enable Management to take informed decisions and to further drive forward Fioneers organizational and people strategy
- Conduct different analysis and Interpretation of data to deepen understanding and steering capability of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and the continuous move towards a high-performance culture
- Present results and interpretation to stakeholders, incl. Senior Mgmt.
- You will be in charge for analyzing data sets, deriving measures, and providing adjustment proposals for the People Strategy
- You have successfully completed a university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and have successfully applied your project management and analytical skills in practice
- You have at least 2 years of experience in (Organizational/People) Analytics (m/f/d) in the field of digital business, management consultancy or a fast-growing start-up
- You are an Excel expert, generally experienced in working with reporting tools (especially PowerBI) and ideally possess some basic programming skills
- You show strong ownership for your projects, have a result-oriented way of working and you are able to keep track of multiple tasks even in turbulent times
- You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and written
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
