HR Analytics Internship – Summer 2026
Atmus Filtration Technologies is seeking a forward-thinking HR Analytics Intern for the Summer of 2026. This role is designed for a student eager to explore the intersection of people data and artificial intelligence. You will spend your summer balancing strategic project work, operational analysis, and direct partnership with HR business leaders. Local candidates preferred.
- Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
- Duration: May/June 2026 – July/August 2026
- Schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday
The Work Breakdown
- 50% HR Project Leadership: Researching and analyzing AI tools to enhance HR efficiency and strategy.
- 30% HR Operations Analyst: Diving into data to support day-to-day HR functions and reporting.
- 20% HRBP Shadowing: Gaining executive-level exposure by observing HR Business Partners in action.
To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Currently enrolled as an active student in an accredited program in Human Resources, Data Science, or relevant field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excel Skills: Comfortable with advanced formulas, data organization, and basic analysis.
- Proven project management capabilities and high-level presentation skills.
- Must reside in the Nashville, TN area for the duration of the internship.
