Your challenge
As an HR Analytics Business Partner, your primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve the accuracy and relevance of data used for decision-making. You will drive further fact-based decision-making culture within HR, using LEAN methodologies such as problem-solving.
You will be responsible for driving the standardization and simplification of HR data insights to enable effective decision-making and demonstrate their impact. Your role will involve determining and driving the roadmap towards more fact-based decision-making in HR.
You will be responsible for increasing diagnostic and descriptive analytics, using these analytics to identify the root cause of HR problems and provide insights that can help the organization make data-driven decisions. You will also be co-driving the move towards predictive analytics.
Your challenge will be to show the impact of these strategies by increasing the adoption of fact-based decision-making culture within HR. You will be responsible for demonstrating how HR data insights can be used to drive business decisions, and how they can be used to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
Overall, your role as an HR Analytics Business Partner will be critical in helping businesses make informed decisions on People management, workforce management, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies. Your focus will be on driving a data-driven approach to decision-making and enabling the adoption of fact-based decision-making culture within HR.

What You will do:
Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and relevance of data used for decision making. Drive further fact based decision making culture within HR (using LEAN methodologies such as problem solving)
Translating business requirements into functional specifications: able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical specifications by translating business needs into clear and concise functional specifications that can be used by developers to build HR analytics solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Determine and drive the roadmap towards more fact based decision making in HR.
Increasing diagnostic and descriptive analytics: use diagnostic and descriptive analytics to identify the root cause of HR problems and provide insights that can help the organization make data-driven decisions. Co driving moving towards predictive analytics.
Collaborating with stakeholders: work closely with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and provide insights that can drive business decisions.
Drive the standardization and simplification of HR data insights to enable effective decision making and show impact by that.
Providing direction and coaching in usage of analytics and reporting
We are looking for
Proficient in fact-based decision making. The ideal candidate should be able to gather and analyze data in order to make informed decisions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Strategic thinking: a strategic mindset and be able to align their work with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Business acumen: strong understanding of the business and its priorities, as well as the ability to advise and challenge stakeholders based on data insights.
Excellent communication skills: able to communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing in English.
Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
Project management skills: strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent consulting skills, ability to engage with various stakeholders providing strategic, tactical and operational insights based recommendations
Continuous improvement mindset, advanced change management skills, building constructive and effective relationships across countries and functional team.
Advanced technical skills in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization. Proficient in using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software, and be able to create complex reports and dashboards.
