Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analytics Analyst to join Latin America Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to drive strategic HR decisions and enhance organizational performance. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights that support recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and overall HR strategies.
Role and Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources
- Reporting: Create and present regular reports and dashboards that visualize HR data and metrics for stakeholders.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods to forecast HR needs and trends, identifying potential issues and opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR area, mainly recruitment.
- TA Process Management: guarantee area process governance
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR leaders to provide data-driven insights that support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management and analysis.
- Research and Benchmarking: Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to compare organizational metrics against industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to talent acquisition processes based on data analysis findings to enhance the efficiency of the Recruiting process
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in sciences degrees)
- Experience: Solid experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
- Track record of success in working with quantitative data, undertaking analysis, and providing reports to senior stakeholders including experience or understanding of data preparation, cleaning and transformation of data into clear, readable analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Organized to ensure work is completed to a high standard and to a deadline.
- Self-starter, with initiative, drive and the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong conceptual thinker, with a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques in HR contexts.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and data.
