Who We're Looking For…
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture.
- Facilitates implementation of new training, development and other HR related initiatives.
- May conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in related areas such as job classification, designing total compensation programs, employee benefits, training, data collection, data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and similar employee management software.
Compensation Package
- The hourly pay range of $34 - 45/hour, depending on experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5× the regular hourly rate, as needed
- Comprehensive benefits coverage offered, including plans available at zero employee cost (average annual employee contribution for health/vision/dental coverage is $700-1,700)

- Employees benefit from a 401(k) program that includes a 100% match on the first 3% contributed and a 50% match on the following 4-5%
- Vacation time is accrued annually at the employee’s base rate
- Paid parental leave at base pay
