On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an HR Analyst.
Job Summary
The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce management. The role focuses on HR reporting, data analysis, workforce metrics, and supporting HR initiatives with data-driven insights.
Main Responsibilities
- HR Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management and HR leadership
- Monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends
- Maintain accurate Learning & Development (L&D) records, including training completion and certification data, and provide regular reports to management eg. training status and upcoming certification expirations
- Support the development and automation of HR reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or data analysis
- Experience working with HR systems (HRMS) and data reporting tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of HR metrics and workforce analytics
- Experience with HR systems and reporting platforms
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
