Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics:
- Collect and compile HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee surveys.
- Analyze data and generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement to support decision making.
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform HR strategies.
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate HR records.
- Conduct audits and prepare reports as required.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for corporate hires.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on completing performance appraisals in the system.
- Monitor and track employee performance appraisal completion.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist with the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Complete salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Training and Development:
- Serve as the HR subject matter expert for the learning management system
- Work with EHS and Quality to develop training programs needed in multiple locations.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assist HR leader(s) to develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
- Provide guidance on HR best practices and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Certification in HR analytics or related areas (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
