Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics:

  • Collect and compile HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee surveys.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement to support decision making. 
  • Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Conduct audits and prepare reports as required.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for corporate hires.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on completing performance appraisals in the system.
  • Monitor and track employee performance appraisal completion.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist with the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Complete salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.

Training and Development:

  • Serve as the HR subject matter expert for the learning management system
  • Work with EHS and Quality to develop training programs needed in multiple locations.

HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Assist HR leader(s) to develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certification in HR analytics or related areas (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
