Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits including transportation vouchers, meal allowances, medical and dental plans, among others.
- Monitor enrollment deadlines and handle all benefit movements (additions, removals, and modifications), ensuring accurate billing and timely remittances.
- Negotiate with suppliers and brokers to secure the best possible terms and cost-effective solutions.
- Track each employee’s accrual period, accurately calculating and scheduling vacations in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Guide employees on vacation timelines, policies, and procedures.
- Generate and review vacation reports to ensure precise integration with the payroll system.
- Assist in collecting and verifying data required for payroll processing, such as benefit deductions and related adjustments.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits, vacations, and payroll.
- Maintain open lines of communication with managers, providing regular updates and detailed reports on vacation schedules and HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in benefits administration and vacation control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
