About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an HR Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Maria Antonietta Muccitelli, P&P Operations & Industrial Relations Lead . Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.
Purpose of the job
Guarantee a data-driven People Function
In brief, you are responsible for:
- Act as the People data expert and is able to extract and analyze different data set from key systems (ADP, Workday);
- Provide weekly and monthly monitoring of all HR KPIs;
- Responsible for Absenteeism analysis;
- Leads PDCA exercises as needed;
- Responsible for providing data-based inputs to the HR function, Line management, Leadership Team and Site Manager;
- Responsible for monthly monitoring, analyzing and forecasting the Labor Cost in accordance to the overall company strategy;
- Support in monthly monitoring and investigating of PHR related spends;
- Responsible for Labor Cost within AOP cycle;
- Guarantee the Holiday Plan monitoring and forecasting partnering with managers to ensure execution adherence;
- Lead Reward & Compensation processes and activities, guaranteeing the proper analysis are carried out and proactively make recommendations to P&P Lead and People Managers;
- Responsible for the periodic update of JDs & Training Matrix;
- Take part and support HR department on all people initiatives and projects;
- Support on employee relations issues by providing proactive support, coaching and supporting managers;
- Support with maintaining employee data and GDPR compliance;
- Act as the Workday expert and as principal HR Transact and GBS PoC at site level;
- Is Digital Savvy and participate in - and eventually lead - the roll-out of any digitalization projects
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
Hard Skills
- MS Office (in particular Power Point and Excel);
- Advanced knowledge of Italian elements of people budgeting and labor cost drivers;
- Advanced knowledge of HR KPIs;
- knowledge of root cause problem solving techniques;
- Fluent in Italian and English
Background
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Postgraduate Specialization in HR with a focus on Budgeting & Labor cost or equivalent experience;
- 2-3 years of HR Finance working experience
