Job Profile Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst II to support HR Shared Services, including leave of absence administration, HR audits, and complex employee cases, while driving meaningful improvements in efficiency and consistency. This role applies proven practices from high‑performing HR organizations to reduce manual effort, standardize processes, and identify opportunities where automation and better tools can improve outcomes. By using data and trends from daily work, the HR Analyst II partners with other HR teams to translate insights into scalable improvements that enhance service quality, turnaround time, and the employee experience.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Respond to written and oral inquires from employees, managers, retirees, family members regarding HR questions, programs, policies, issues and status changes; to include telephone, chat and e-mail interactions
Administration of HR related queries and execution of HR transactions including but not limited to:

FMLA/Short term disability

Strong multi-tasking and ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, high volume environment with demonstrated skill to handle multiple competing tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy
Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining and improving HR services, procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, drive efficiency and achieve desired results
Maintain superior knowledge of HR resources, policies, business processes and standard operating procedures
Maintain administrative process within vendor websites, making updates and extracting data
Assist with special projects which include but not limited to:
Training facilitation
Policy and Procedure updates
Communication updates
Audits
Education
Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field or a combination of formal education and the following job-related experience:
Work Experience
Experience, training and/or working knowledge related to:
Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems and report writer applications
Interpersonal/communication skills
Governmental regulations
Corporate organization structure
Development training programs
HR organization and structure
HR policies and procedures
Experience with Workday and/or HCM's preferred
