As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for partnering with the business in delivery of HR Services with the different brands under the NPDL Group. You will support and work with people managers and people across the group in providing exceptional HR Services and business solutions. Being a valued part of the HR team, you will have opportunity to participate in various projects and change programmes with a continuous improvement lens.
Job DescriptionHere’s what you will be doing:
- Collaborating with management to deliver effective business solutions
- Providing comprehensive advice, guidance, coaching, and support to employees and managers across the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, communication, employee relations, learning and development, offboarding, and more.
- Designing and implementing training and development programs for leadership, talent development, and employee upskilling initiatives
- Actively participating in sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent proactively
- Establishing mentoring and coaching frameworks to enhance leadership capabilities
- Contributing to the creation and alignment of a cohesive organizational culture program
- Managing seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Enhancing HR systems and practices through continuous improvement efforts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, training files, and personnel documentation
- Participating in HR projects and actively contributing to the achievement of HR key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Minimum four years of HR experience, with tertiary qualifications in HR/Business (desirable) coupled with a sound understanding of the Fiji workplace legislative framework (essential)
- A good understanding of employment legislation and how to apply in a corporate or complex environments
- Able to work across the entire spectrum of HR and contribute to an uplift in processes, systems and practices
- Analytical mind-set with an ability to deep dive into processes and data as required
